Fitness on the Park, overlooking the beautiful Adelaide parklands, welcomes men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you can progress at your own pace. We have plenty to choose from to add to your fitness regime- “both indoor and outdoor, including group and individual offerings with personalised care and experienced fitness Instructors.

Our HELP Workshops teach people how to motivate and assist older people to stay physically active.

Suitable for aged care providers, carers, family members, volunteers and more.  No previous knowledge of exercise needed.

Fresh Moves - Workshops for exercise leaders

The first Fresh Moves exercise workshop was a great success!  Book now for-  
Fresh Moves 2 - Ideas for Chair Based Exercise.  
Click on 'Fresh Moves 2' 24th March 2017 on our Training Calendar above.  

This workshop will teach new ideas for chair based exercises aimed at the frail or less mobile. Attendance at Fresh Moves 1 is not needed.  

Active Ageing Australia will be running Fresh Moves workshops throughout 2017, presenting new ideas for exercises for specific needs.  Stay tuned for more workshops.
