...to meet with the Hon Ken Wyatt AM, MP!
In March 2018 an Active Ageing Australia team comprising of Melanie Smith (CEO), Jo Boylan (Board Vice President) and Judy Ross (Communications & Marketing Manager) travelled to Canberra upon an invitation from the Hon Ken Wyatt AM, MP, Minister for Aged Care and Minister for Indigenous Health. Ms Nicolle Flint MP was also present for the meeting along with staff and advisors.
It was an absolute privilege to meet with Minister Wyatt to discuss the fundamental importance of staying active for life as the key to ageing well, health and independence.
