Active Ageing Week 2020

2020 has delivered challenges for everyone in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. The importance of connectedness, family, nutrition, outdoor activity and physical health to general wellbeing has never been more evident. It is a great time to celebrate what we can do!

While COVID-19 has hampered Active Ageing Australia’s activities, we recognise the importance of Active Ageing Week and invite anyone who is celebrating the week to let us know by emailing admin@activeageing.org.au and we will share this on our website.

Adapting to these times, Active Ageing Australia has prioritised developing a range of affordable resources to assist older Australians to keep physically able at home. Please visit our shop to explore DVDs, books and other resources for individuals.
