Welcome to the Easy Moves
Functional Movement 1 Course
Learn to deliver the Easy Moves Functional Movement 1 class based on the exercises found in Easy Moves for Active Ageing Level 2.
This course consists of an introduction video, one video exercise program lesson and an assessment quiz. You will be asked to watch the video and then submit a video of yourself presenting the exercise program from start to finish, in the correct order, with a minimum of two repetitions per exercise.
An electronic copy of the Easy Moves Functional Movement 1 exercise reference sheet for use as reference material is available to download in the materials tab.
You will have the option to log out and come back to complete the course any time you like. Once you have finished all lessons, and successfully passed the assessment quiz you will get a certificate of completion which can be downloaded from this page.
*please note that participants will also need to complete one Easy Moves Exercise module to be recognised as an Easy Moves leader.
