This course consists of one video lesson and an assessment quiz. You will be asked to watch the video and then submit a video of yourself presenting the ‘Relax and Meditate’ program for a minimum of ten minutes.
An electronic copy of the Easy Moves Relax & Meditate 1 exercise reference sheet for use as reference material is available to download in the materials tab.
This course consists of two video lessons, a short quiz on exercise band safety, and a video assessment. You will be asked to watch both videos and then submit a video of yourself presenting the exercise program from start to finish, in the correct order, with a minimum of two repetitions per exercise.
An electronic copy of the Easy Moves Exercise Bands 1 exercise reference sheet for use as reference material is available to download in the materials tab.
You will have the option to log out and come back to complete the course any time you like. Once you have finished all lessons, and successfully passed the assessment quiz you will get a certificate of completion which can be viewed and downloaded online.
*please note that participants will also need to complete one Easy Moves Exercise module to be recognised as an Easy Moves leader.
